IT IS NOT JUST A STICKER WITH A NUMBER BUT A DIAMOND LABEL ASSETTAG

If the asset tag is visible to the user, and perhaps your customers, do you not want it to look good and professional? Does the asset number have to be clearly legible for support, for example? Quickly record and recall equipment from a database? Is a good barcode necessary?

HOW DO WE TAKE THIS?

To achieve the best design, we need information. We of course think of the desired size, but also of the logo, color scheme, increasing numbering, barcode, QR code etc.

1st setup

We will start with a first design based on the wishes of the customer. If we have a different idea about another option, this will be two or more. One reason for the alternative that we offer may be that the desired size does not match the size of the barcode or the ratio of the company logo.

Comments and version 2

After the first proposal often reveals additional wishes or ideas. We adjust the proposal in response to the feedback provided and send version 2 for review.

NOT SATISFIED, BUT OTHER WISHES OR A SMALL ADJUSTMENT?

It's possible ... we want a deliver a beautiful product but above all want the customer, partner or reseller to fully support the design.

LOGO AND CONTACT INFORMATION

Is it desirable to place contact information from, for example, the IT service desk, or should the company logo be clearly visible for when the device is lost? touch, such information is important to arrive at a design that contains all the necessary information.

Logo preferably as a vector file. (* .EPS, * .AI or * .pdf)
For an optimal end result, we prefer to work with a vector file of the logo. The difference between a vector file and a regular image is in the structure of the image. A vector file can be infinitely enlarged without loss of quality because the image is made up of calculations where a JPEG file is made up of pixels. Usually the marketing department has these files at their disposal so inquire about this.

UNIQUE NUMBERING AND BARCODE'S

Asset tags with unique numbering incorporated in a 1D barcode or a 2D barcode? Or are there other variables that need to be printed?

SIZE AND FORM OF THE ASSETTAG

The size and shape determines the amount of information that fits on the asset tags. The size of course depends on the equipment on which it is placed and the space available for the asset tag.
